• Standard delivery takes 7-10 days for in-stock items and 4-6 weeks for custom-made pieces tailored to your specifications.

Returns

We want you to love your jewelry! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met (please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility):

• The item must be in perfect condition and unworn.
• It should be returned in its original packaging.
• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.

  Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for return.
